Friends of Mongolia Recognized by Office of the President of Mongolia for COVID-19 Support to Vulnerable Families

On August 7, 2020 Friends of Mongolia received a letter of appreciation from the Office of the President of Mongolia. Friends of Mongolia, as well as other partners, provided financial support to the People in Need Mongolia NGO's project to provide education, hygiene, food packages and hot meals to vulnerable children as part of our Community Development Grants. Within the framework of this support, food and educational support was provided to about 750 kindergarten-age children in the ger districts of the capital city, and nearly 10,000 hot meals were provided to about 500 children from two schools in a month.
